Presented by Fr. Hank Lanik, first camp director for The Pines and priest in the Diocese of Tyler.

Leading staff, running programs, and managing properties is no easy task. Let’s dive into the challenges and rewards that come with the task of ministry leadership on camp.
Presented by John Egan, former camp director of The Pines and one of the co-founders of The Summit.
-
Fr. Alex Fry, ordained a priest for the Diocese of Dallas two years ago, was a Pines camper, then on staff as SWAT, then Counselor, then Senior Staff, and then went on to seminary. He shares his story and how his time at camp helped him discern his call to the priesthood and shape how he serves and leads today.
-
Fr. Justin Braun of the Diocese of Tyler is a frequent chaplain and guest at The Pines. As he has supported our staff over the years, he has spoken truth into our hearts about our need for reliance on the Lord in ministry. We’re excited to have him speak to our community about the importance of our constant surrender.
